The standard fee for in-person notarial acts is $15 per signature for services such as witnessing a signature, taking an acknowledgment, administering an oath, or certifying copies. For Remote Online Notarizations (RON), the fee is $25 per signature.
Travel fees vary depending on the distance and location of the appointment:
- Within Spokane City Limits: $25
- Spokane Valley, Liberty Lake, and Surrounding Areas: $50
- Greater Spokane Area & Long-Distance Travel: Please contact me for a custom quote.
These fees are in addition to the standard $15 per signature notary fee.
Yes, there are additional charges for services outside of regular business hours or for same-day priority appointments:
- After-Hours Fee: $40
- Same-Day Priority Fee: $40

I understand that things come up! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know as soon as possible. For appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice, or if you do not show up for the appointment, the retainer fee will be forfeited and is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, I’m happy to work with you to find a new time. Thank you for your understanding!
